Do you provide one-to-one tuition?

Yes.

Do you provide group tuition?

Yes, I provide group tuition for up to 10 students at a pre-booked venue.

How do I pay?

You can pay by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

Can I purchase block tuition?

Yes, you can book block sessions. Please contact us for more information.

How many sessions do you recommend?

The number of sessions depends on the individual child. This can be discussed and reviewed periodically.

What if I need to cancel my session?

No problem! We will need to rearrange your sessions. Two weeks’ notice is required beforehand due to changing schedules.

Do you charge travel expenses?

No, we don’t charge travel expenses.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately refunds are not available. Once you have paid for your session it is non-refundable.

When do I pay?

Before any tuition session begins payment must be given.

What if I have a complaint?

Complaints are taken very seriously. If you have any problems or would like to raise any concerns, please speak to me to resolve the issue.
